Extra small fits a 16" to 18" head
Small fits a 18" to 19.5" head.
Medium fits a 19.5" to 21" head.
Large fits a 21" to 22.25" head.
Extra large fits a 22.25" to 24" head.
Extra Extra large fits a 24" to 26" head.
