How to make a leather journal cover.
Journal cover tutorial and pattern with an expanding pocket that fits everything from papers to tablets. Elegant pattern that fits standard A5 journal sizes (A5 is most widely used). It also has room for larger journals up to 6.5" x 8.75" (16.5cm x 22cm).

There are Four card pockets. Two SD card pockets. Slots to hold a business card. Expanding pocket that can hold a tablet. A pocket behind the broguing to change the color (see picture). Optional shoulder strap tabs. And a multi function journal slot.
While not required, I suggest getting curved needles to help when sewing the expanding pocket on.
